What is your return policy?
At Soulstitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind or encounter issues with your order, we've got you covered with our 30-Day Return Policy. Read more here.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@soulstitch.store as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not currently have an offline studio or showroom but a handpicked selection of our items is available at our Retail Partners for immediate purchase.
Product Questions
Can I machine-wash my items?
While you can machine wash up to 30ºC/86ºF in a gentle cycle, our fabrics are delicate with intricate stitching so we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing to maintain lasting quality. You can iron up to 110ºC/230ºF and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.
What materials do you use for the products?
Our base fabric is 45% POLYESTER / 55% VISCOSE and embroidery is 100% POLYESTER.
Can you customize my order?
If you like our designs but want it in another color or size, drop us an email at hello@soulstitch.store with your request. We will do our best to accommodate your request on a pre-order basis (15-30 days).
Can you gift wrap my order?
All our products are already wrapped in premium packaging before shipping.
Payments and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, GPAY, APPLE PAY, AND UNION PAY.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch orders within 48 hours. If you've chosen free standard delivery, please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days.
You may also choose same-day delivery or next-day delivery on checkout. Please place your order before 3pm for next-day delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery for all Singapore orders with a minimum purchase of $100. You may also choose same-day and next-day delivery on checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within Singapore and Indonesia.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can collect your order by emailing us at hello@soulstitch.store. Orders are typically ready within 2 business days, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
